House Rules of Penzion Tramky

  1. The guesthouse is authorized to accommodate only guests who properly register and present a valid identification document (identity card, passport). If the guest fails to provide a valid identification document, the guesthouse is entitled to refuse accommodation in accordance with the Local Fees Act for Czech citizens and Act No. 314/2015 Coll. for foreign clients.
  2. Upon repeated arrival of a previously accommodated guest, the guest is obliged to present a valid hotel card upon request, which was issued during registration at the hotel.
  3. The guest is obliged to pay accommodation fees in accordance with the current price list for the entire stay during registration at the reception. Additional services provided to the guest are paid during the stay or upon checkout. The guest may be requested to pay at any time during their stay.
  4. The guesthouse does not provide currency exchange services. However, it is possible to settle bills in Euros at the current and previously announced hotel exchange rate. The hotel is obliged to issue a receipt for services provided and goods sold to the guest or buyer. Additionally, the hotel must electronically record the revenue received with the tax administrator online, or in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.
  5. The guesthouse is not responsible for items brought into the hotel by the guest or for damage to items left behind unless they were deposited in a designated area. The hotel is liable for jewelry, money, and other valuables only if they were stored in the hotel safe or taken into custody by the hotel, or if damage occurred to them due to the actions of a hotel employee.
  6. The guest occupies the room for the period agreed upon with the hotel. If the accommodation period has not been agreed upon in advance, the guest must vacate the room no later than 10:00 am on the last day. Failure to do so entitles the hotel to charge for an additional day. If the hotel has this room already reserved earlier, and the guest does not comply with the request or is not present at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, with the participation of a three-member commission, to inventory the guest's belongings and store them securely so that the room can be used by the guest who has reserved it.
  7. Based on a confirmed reservation, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. During this time, the room is reserved for the guest unless stated otherwise in the reservation. Any request for accommodation before 2:00 pm must be arranged in advance with the hotel and await confirmation.
  8. Without the consent of the hotel management, the guest may not move furniture or make alterations or any interventions to the electrical system or other installations in the room or common areas of the hotel.
  9. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and common areas, except in areas expressly designated for it. In case of violation of this obligation, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest a penalty fee of CZK 4,000.
  10. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the guesthouse, especially in the room. This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shavers, hairdryers).
    Upon departure, the guest must turn off the water taps, close the windows, close the roof windows, close the doors, turn off the lights in the room, and surrender the keys granting access to the hotel room or other hotel areas at the reception during checkout.
  11. In case of lost keys, the guest must report the loss to the reception immediately. If the guest fails to do so, the hotel is not liable for any damage related to the lost key. A fee of CZK 500 is charged for a lost key, which the guest must pay before departing from the hotel.
  12. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age must not be left unattended in the room and other hotel areas. The legal guardian of the children is fully responsible for any damages caused by the children in the hotel.
  13. For safety reasons, the guesthouse reserves the right to refuse accommodation or immediately terminate accommodation, refuse service, or even prohibit staying in the hotel to persons whose behavior, appearance, or demeanor do not conform to the common principles and standards of a three-star hotel of international level, as well as to persons who:
    1.  a) have engaged in behavior that significantly disturbed other hotel guests or caused their offense
    2. b) use or distribute psychotropic substances
    3. c) are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    4. d) engage in street vending or other forms of business not approved by the hotel
    5. e) harass other persons by gestures, direct sexual proposals, or similar behavior for the purpose of offering sexual services
    6. f) use common hotel areas for purposes other than those intended
  14. Dogs and other small pets may be accommodated at the discretion of the hotel if they are healthy and do not disturb other hotel guests during their owner's stay. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and bears financial responsibility for any damage to the hotel property caused by their pet. The prices for pet accommodation will be charged according to the current price list.
  15. The guest is responsible for damages to the hotel property according to applicable regulations. The guest pays for any damage caused by them unless they prove that they are not at fault. This claim also applies to damage discovered after the guest's departure.
  16. If the guest has any legitimate requests or complaints during their stay, they may contact the relevant hotel staff, who will make every effort to accommodate the guest's request.
  17. Quiet hours must be observed by the guest from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  18. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules, with which they are required to familiarize themselves. In case of violation, the hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services before the agreed-upon period expires. Upon discovering a violation of the accommodation rules, the hotel is entitled to take all necessary measures to prevent further violations of the accommodation rules, according to the nature of the violation and in cooperation with the hotel's security service or the Police of the Czech Republic.
  19. These accommodation rules are valid and effective from 01.01.2020.
